How does one use a flash player contained by Firefox 2?

I hold been trying to display a flash player object, and I own already updated my system for it...It still doesn't play...How do I enable the flash player? 10 points if you can work it for me...

Firefox has a plugins folder where on earth you should be able to find Flash dll folder in within. If not, download and install the Flash plug-in.
Just visit the Flash Download site:

http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/...
