How is RAM artificial by its voltage?

I hold a 2.0V RAM but ma new mobo supports 1.95V max. Does this effect my RAM's perfomance or not?

How is RAM artificial by its voltage?

Lower voltage = smaller number heat. Lower voltages are required for faster memory so they don't build up too much warmness and break.

Your 2.0V RAM will run fine in your modern mobo. All newer mobo's can handle different voltage/speed RAM which you will see within their specifications.

And performance-wise, the 0.05V isn't enough to verbs about.
