it's be well over 30 minutes. i can't speak about if my computer froze. doesn't seem so.
How long is microsoft organization 07 supposed to transport to install beside a 800mhz cpu?
1hr
30 minutes? That's not too horribly long, especially on an elder machine. That, and it's bureau 2007 - that means the OS is newer, and will be dragging the system's speed down significantly!
Installing from compact disc is the slowest, a faster method will be from the hard drive, and conceivably from the network. Either passageway, because of the system speed, it will still be quite slow.
In adjectives honesty, I'd say to only let it set for a few hours. Just sign out it alone, go do something else, and come vertebrae later. Hopefully it will any be all done, or it will hold a dialog box asking for more info or telling you something.
I agree, 30 minutes is too long. I would check system requirements to generate sure it will install and run. If you are running the minimum, be patient, be remarkably patient. You are installing a hefty nouns on an older apparatus. Get some sleep and check it in the morning. If it's frozen, after turn off/on your machine, close some programs on your computer. It will have need of all the system resource's it can pinch to install.
probably a couple hours
