This place have good walkthroughs for adjectives computer stuff. I used it to OC my vid card and squeezed another 10 fps out of it(averaging about 70fps within games on high rez).

Since it is AMD, you may be capable of adjust the clock speed, in the BIOS, but not if your motherboard have an Intel(c) chipset.
