How do you put your computer surrounded by safe and sound mode while its booting up????

press F8 while it's booting
hold on to tapping F8 upon it first starting up.. consequently arrow down to safe mode and hit enter.

depends. on most F8, but it could be F5 or DEL. it depends.
On my computer I must press F1 (I collectively press it repeatedly and rapidly so that it get pressed at the right moment). My older computer required me to press F7. I mull over I've read about some that responded to the space pole being pressed, but try the Function key first. If one of them doesn't work, try another the next time you start.

I agree near the other answers that F8 is the best method. Of course wait until the grand piano is initialized (usually indicated byt the lights num lock etc flashing). The other alternative is to hold CTRL. Either way you should capture a menu to choose Safe Mode
