how do you write a strong problem if you don't enjoy the key on your the ivories?

There are some conventions more or less writing exponents and such that can be used to write radicals as capably, such as using "^" as in, 9^1/2.

Also, you will want to sort use of any ASCII tables on the lattice to find those weird characters. Extended ASCII refers to characters bar the traditional keyboard characters, such as °, ±, ≈, √, and so on. Check my relation. To use the codes, you hold ALT + (whatever number code), and when you release, the character will appear.

In this comportment, you would write √9, or √(9x+9x^2), and so on.
I am sure there is software out near that will let you do it onscreen, try download.com or google.com
If you enjoy Microsoft Word or Excel you can use the Symbol command to insert the equation.

There is even something called the Equation Editor contained by Word and Excel.

To put a shortcut to the Equation Editor on your toolbar make sure you installed adjectives the options for Word and Excel if not you will be prompted for the CD.

Go to Tools - Customize and click the Commands tab. Under Categories click on Insert and below Commands click and drag Equation Editor onto your toolbar.

In the same eyeshade do the same entry with the Symbol deity under nouns.

Now click on the new buttons within your toolbar and happy equating!
In window click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories-> System tools -> Character Map

Look for the font with the symbols you obligation then you can copy the qualities and then join it into your program of choice.
