What he says above is moderately right because it does take time surrounded by backing up and formating BUT if u enjoy a virus or spyware and u dont know how to remove it then u will hav to ask aid online and they ask u to post ur 'hijackthis log' and try to find the spyware in a haystack. This procedure will lift up to 3 days wheras backing up and reinstalling window will only steal to the maximum 40- 70 minutes.



You will have to hide away the data externally surrounded by a cd/dvd rom or an external hard disk.
