How do you check which video card you hold?
start menu --> Run --> and type in dxdiag
In the windowpane that opens up, jump to the Display Tag and look at that information. It should tell you what the video card is.
You can also check Device Manager from Control Panel.
I would recommend the dxdiag method though. It is easier to fathom out and find the information you need.
